I’m Brittany

Trail running coach and hype woman for women who are tired of being put in a box. I help ultra-curious runners and everyday athletes get consistent, build strength, and take up space in ways that actually feel good. 

I care about how your body feels, but I care just as much about how your life feels—because this isn’t just about running. It’s about finding something that’s yours.

I work with trail-running women who are juggling a lot: work deadlines, kid drop-offs, hormone shifts, too many tabs open in their brain, and that low-key fear of running alone. Some are coming back after a long break, some are training for their first trail race or ultra, and some just want to move their body without feeling like they’re doing it “wrong.” All of them are ready to stop spinning their wheels and finally train in a way that fits.

I help you untangle the mess—so you can stop second-guessing, stop starting over, and build the consistency you’ve been craving. We don’t do hustle culture here. We do clear plans, honest conversations, and the kind of support that sees the whole you. Your job stress, your cycle, perimenopause, whether you’re scared to run at night, whether you love your job or secretly hate it—all of it matters.
