Mindset: Train Your Brain Like an Athlete

We get real about the inner voices that pull you down—perfectionism, fear, self-doubt—and I show you how to flip the script so you run with confidence, not shame or pressure. We dig into the hard stuff: how to find your own voice, push past the fear of running alone, and carve out space for you—not the “roles” you’re always playing.

Movement: Smart Training for Strength and Speed

Building a strong, resilient body that’s ready for the trails. But it’s also about respecting your limits, knowing when to push and when to back off. I design plans that fit your life, your aches, your ups and downs, including how your hormones shift whether you’re on your period, navigating perimenopause, or beyond—so you get stronger without losing your sanity.

Moderation: Balance Training, Fueling, and Life

You don’t have to train hard all the time. We find your balance between work, family, and self-care so you train smarter, fuel right, recover fully, and keep your life intact. No burnout. No guilt. No “shoulds” that don’t fit your reality.

  • What are the logistics?
    We will meet weekly for 8 weeks. I will send out reminder emails with the Zoom link but I encourage you to mark your calendars too. These calls will last 1.5 - 2 hours as I will be teaching and I will be on the call until every singe question is answered. We will be building your plan together so I’m here for as long as it takes. You will have access to me outside of the calls so you can have al your questions answered throughout the the 8 weeks via text, email and the private Facebook community.
  • What is expected of me?
    This program is to help you learn how the 4 M’s will help you keep showing up for yourself and not have to start all over…again. In order to make this work you will need to make the effort to make the change. Take ownership in your time to do the workouts, learn to choose proper food options and show up to the live sessions or watch the recordings. Engage, ask questions or ask for help when faced with challenges. That’s why we have live time together and the Facebook group.
  • What do I need for the course?
    You will need Internet access via computer and phone. We will have our calls through Zoom. You will also be downloading a FREE fitness app (Final Surge) which I will invite you to be on the TrailblazeHER team. You will input your running and strength plan into this app (don’t worry, I will show you how it works). And if you’re a note taker like me, you will want to have a pen and notebook ready or use the notes app on your phone/computer. I also recommend having a planner (paper or electronic) as we will dive into how training will fit into your unique life.
  • What type of training resources will I get?
    Everyone will start with an example 50k running plan which we will work through to adjust it for YOU. This will be a great starting point and, once you’ve completed TrailblazeHER, it sure as heck will match your life. You will also receive strength and mobility workouts specific for runners. All workouts are delivered via easy to follow pdfs with accompanying video tutorials for every workout with extensive verbal cues. Plus, you get lifetime access!
  • How is TrailblazeHER different?
    I’m not promising you will finish a 50k in these 8 weeks together. But I am setting you up to fall in love with the process and make those small changes so you will leave TrailblazeHER knowing REALISTICALLY you are going to level up your distance. And also knowing how to be consistent with your training even when shit goes upside down. So many programs offer quick fixes but they aren’t permanent. I’m offering this Intro to the 4 Ms of Blueprint so you will have the tools to build sustainable habits and keep that momentum going. On top of that, you will walk away with strength and mobility workouts that you will ALWAYS have access to as well as a running plan to make sure you stay on track (and know how to make adjustments for our busy lives).
  • What if I miss or can’t make the live call?
    All calls will be recorded and posted to the portal as quickly as possible. If you have a question that wasn’t answered in any of the recordings, please post the question in the Facebook group or send me a Facebook message.
